Recommendations: Based on the lead wipe results, ATC recommends the following: • Thoroughly clean room #226 floor surfaces • Collect additional dust wipe samples from room #226 after the cleaning is completed.
Limits of the limited dust wipe sampling Dust sampling was conducted at NYC-BOE request. The results of this report are applicable for the time the testing was perforroed. If questions arise concerning lead . content in or on components and/or locations not tested by ATC, then additional testing services should be procured. ATC makes no representation or warranty concerning the standards and specifications provided in the HUD Guidelines and the NYC-BOE protocol. U
