Dear Glenn;

The following is an explanation for change order # 9 as per your request

Item #1- was a change made in bulletin #i that was not priced by Ambassador with the other changes in bulletin #1

Item #2- was the same as item #1 and should have been part of bulletin #1.

Item #3- is a result of a darificatlon made to Ambassador, regarding the finish of the wood doors; the subcontractor interpreted the finish of ail wood doors to be paint but ttie doors in the commissioner’s and the Mayor's office had been approved by Mr, J. Hauer as natural wood veneer finish. These doors where always intended to be natural wood finish. Please refer to memo dated Feb. 2,1998 it is our understanding the subcontractor dW not received this memo.
