I received the license, approved by Law Dept, today. I am sending it to Legal to draft the appropriate cover memos to Mastro, etc.
But Jason Cutler points out that the Swanke Haden letter to Silverstien dated 10/24/97 outlining the services and fees, and which is an attachment to the license, has an "agreed and accepted" for Silverstein. The copy Jason had does not have Silverstein's signature agreeing to these services and costs. Do you have a copy with Silverstein's agreement? If not, can you get it from Swanke?
