Licensor agrees to provide DCA^d DRES with access to the Licensed Premises
during normal business hours on weekdays, but not on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, upon reasonable prior notice, if accompanied by building personnel. In the event Licensor willfully fails
to comply with any of the proviaons of this Article within five (S) business days after written
notice thffeofis given by Licensee to Licensor, Licensee, in addition to any other remedy it may
have, may terminate this License on five (5) business days writtert notice without being liable for
the Licensor Work Cost, provided that Licensee is not responsible for Licensor’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Article.
