requisition, but in no event earlier than thirty (30) davs after Tenant’s acceptance of such

ssiiniaE* IQ fa) In the event Landlord has agreed to perfi any work over and above

Tenant’s Initial Work (the "Additional Work”), then, prior to commencing such Additional

Work. Landlord or Landlord’s contractor shall advise Tenant (the ’’Estimate”) of the cost of

the Additional Work to be performed. The Estimate shall include a fee equal to (

) percent of the cost of the Additional Work, plus ( %) percent of the resulting total

(the ’’Overhead Supervisory Fee”), Within three (3) davs after L !’s submission of the

Estimate. Tenant shall, in writing, either accept or reject the Estimate. Tenant’s failure either

to accent or reiect the Estimate within said three (3) day period shall be deemed reiection

thereof. Tenant may only accent the Estimate bv countersigning a conv thereof and returning

same to Landlord. Tenant shall nav to Landlord, as additional rent, the cost of the Additional

Work (including the Overhead Supervisory Fee) at such time or times as agreed to. but in no

event shall the balance be paid later than the completion of the Additional Work, upon

rendition of a reasonably detailed invoice therefor.

(b) In the event Tenant rejects the Estimate or the Estimate is deemed

rejected. Tenant shall within three (3) davs after such rejection furnish Landlord with

necessary revisions of Tenant’s Plans, so as to enable Landlord to proceed as though no such

Additional Work had been requested. Should Tenant fail to submit such necessary revisions

ofTinanfsPlans.aithinsaidthree(3)davoeriodiLand!ordjinitssolediscretionimaY.£!th£E

discontinue the performance of Tenant’s Initial Work and/or Additional Work, or proceed or

continue to complete Tenant's Initial Work in :e with Tenant’s Plans already
