money by Landlord in the eyent of any default by Landlord hereunder, and no other property

undisclosed, shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedure for the

satisfaction of Tenant’s remedies under or with respect to this Lease, the relationship of

Landlord and Tenant hereunder or Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Demised Premises.

(T) Tenant shall not cause or pe iit any Hazardous Materials (hereinafter

defined! to be used, stored, transported, released, handled, produced or installed in. on or

from the Demised Premises or the Building, ’’Hazardous Materials”, as used herein, shall

mean any flammables, explosives, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes, hazardous and

toxic substances or related materials, asbestos or any material containing asbestos, or anv

other substance or material included in the definition of’’hazardous substances”, ’’hazardous

wastes”, hazardous materials”, ’’toxic substances”, ’’contaminants” or anv other pollutant, or

otherwise regulated bv anv Federal, state or local environmental law, ordinance, rule or

regulation including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response

Compensation and Liability Act of 1980. as amended, the Hazardous
