recorded in said Register's Office in Reel 1725, Page 1332; by Supplement #5 dated as of June
30, 1991, a Memorandum of which was recorded in said Register's Office in Reel 1946, Page
665; by a Settlement Agreement dated as of April 20, 1984, between Landlord, the Port
Authority and the City of New York; and an Amended and Restated Settlement Agreement dated
as of June 30, 1991, between Landlord, the Port Authority and the City of New York; and as the
same may be hereafter amended.
(b) The term Port Authority shall mean The Port Authority of New York and New
Jersey, a body corporate and politic created by compact between the States of New York and
New Jersey with the consent of the Congress of the United States of America.
(c) The term Ground Lessor shall mean the Port Authority and any successor
thereof which is the owner and holder of the Lessor's interest in the Underlying Lease.
(d) The term Real Property shall mean the Building and the Land and all
easements, air rights, development rights and other appurtenances thereto.
ARTICLE 35
TENANT’S ANTENNA
Landlord agrees that, subject to all laws, ordinances, statutes, rules and regulations of
all governmental authorities having jurisdiction thereof, and further subject to the conditions and
limitations hereinafter stipulated. Tenant shall, during the term of this Lease, have the right
(hereinafter called the “Antenna Option") to install on a portion of the rooftop of the Building
and thereafter maintain, repair, and operate communications equipment (which may consist of
