Silverstein Pietideni, Joseph P. Rltorto - Senior Executive Vice Prefident and Howard Shapiro - Senior Vice Preddeot, Secretary and Treasurer. The sole shareholder of said corporation is Larry A. Silverstein. The limited parurere of 7 World Trade Company, L.P. are Silverstein Development Corporation and Klara Silverstein. * [Subject to Landiofd confirmation. 1 ARTICLE 28 NO WAIVER The failure by Landlord or Tenant to insist, in one or more instances upon foe foil performance of any of foe covenants, conditions or obligations of ths other party shall not be construed as a waiver of a subsequent breach of foe same or any other covenant or condition, and the consent or approval by Landlord or Tenant to or of any act requiring such consent or approval shall not be construed to waive or render unnecessary consent or approval to or of any subsequent similar act. Landlord and Tenant represent to the other that neither has dealt widi any broker in connection with this Lease other man CB CO :CIAL REAL ESTATB GROUP. INC. ("Broker’). Landlord shall pay any commisiion owing to the Broker. Tenant and Landlord hereby indemni1> and hold each other harmless against all loss, damage liablliiy, cost and expOMO of any nature (including reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements) based on any claim by any party other Uwn the Broker with whom such Indemniiying party has dealt for a Commission or other coo^ensadon in connection with this Lease which is ba^ on the actions of such party or its agents or representatives.
