Section 219 of the New York City Charter and directives of tlie Mayor authorized tiicreundcr require that prior to the miriation of design or advancement of any Capital Project, a scope defining services to be incorporated in contracts for the services of architects, engineers, landscape architects, etc,, or for departirental employees and amounts for structures, works, furnishings and equipment, program of requirements and scope or range of operations shall be submitted for approval of the Director of Management and Budget or his duly authorized representative. Initially, preliminary scope approval and subsequently final scope approval incorporating preliminary plans and cost limitations shall be submitted for approval of ths Director of Management and Budget or his duly authorized representative. In addition, the final design incorporating final contract documents must also be submitted for approval of the Director of Management and Budget or his duly authorized representative. Your request for approval pursuant to the above is approved as follows;

This approval is subject to the terms of the City of New vork. Office of the Comptroller’s, "Revised Directive 10 - Charges to the Capital Budget," dated April 25.1979, and July 12, 1991, or later revision if issued.

This approval is for a cost limitttion not to exceed S12,619.128 for Construction work as detailed in the aftaehed request dated March JC, 1998, submitted by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services.
