CLEANING SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL CLEANING

I. NIGHTLY:

A. General Offices including conference rooms:

1. All hardsurfaced flooring to be swept. 2. Carpet sweep all carpets, moving only light furniture (desks, file cabinets, etc. not to be moved). 3. Hand dust and wipe clean all furniture, fixtures and window sills. 4. Empty and clean all ash trays and screen all sand urns. 5. Empty and clean ail waste receptacles and remove wastepaper. 6. Dust interiors of all waste disposal cans and baskets. 7. Wash clean all water fountains and coolers. 8. Sweep all private stairways.

B. Building Standard Toilets:

1. Sweep and wash all floors, using proper disinfectants. 2. Wash and polish all mirrors, shelves, bright work and enameled surfaces. 3. Wash and disinfect all basins, bowls and urinals. 4. Wash all toilet seats. 5. Hand dust and clean all panitions, tile walls, dispensers and receptacles in lavatories and restrooms. 6. Empty paper receptacles and remove wastepaper. 7. Fill toilet tissue holders. 8. Empty and clean disposal receptacles.

n. PERIODIC - AS REASONABLY REQUIRED:

-1. Vacuum clean all carpeting and rugs. 2. Dust all door louvres and other ventilating louvres within a person's reach. 3. Dust all baseboards. 4. Remove all finger marks from vinyl or painted surfaces near light switches, entrance doors, etc. 5. Wash all windows. 6. High dust premises completely including the following:

a. Dust all pictures, frames, charts, graphs and similar wall hangings not
