The Cost Proposal shall be submitted on the C(«t Proposal Form.
FCTPA intends to pay for services and documents completed and approved as a lump sum fee apportioned for
payment purposes between the five service phases, A, B, C, D, and E. You will be asked to invoice the client
separately based on an agreed upon formula for tenant and base building MEP engineering services. For the
purpose of this RFP, you are asked to complete the engineering cost proposals based on the services which are
required to achieve the criteria set forth in this proposal and the scope detailed in Supplement A, (tenants data
requirements) and in Supplement B, (base building requirement). Supplement B is preliminary and will be
revised during the project to reflect an integrated system. Again c^sume a fully integrated MEP design.
Please state your fees per phase, including all consultants, required for the engineering services defined in this
Request for Proposal and a current schedule of hourly rates. Reimbursable expenses, if any, must also be
described and estimated. The competitive nature of this project should be considered strongly. Please see the
attached standard form of contract for reimbursable expenses. Indicate the portion of the total service fee to be
completed In/sub-consultants, if any.
This proposal is a firm offer for the defined services for a period of 120 days from date of
