Dear Mr. Miller:
Please be advised that this letter shall serve as a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Seven World Trade Center, Floors 2534, as of April 11, 1988 for base building systems. A final inspection will be held at a later date when all work is completed including pressure differential/air velocity test on all duct smoke detectors as required by code.
