The test was begun at_ and finished at. f'V . The test consisted of:
1. Closing stop valve under tank and draining standpipe riser.

2. Removing flap of lower check valve at each Siamese connection.

3. Opening stop valve under tank and washing through each Siamese connection until water ran clear.

4. A test of 50 lbs. in excess of the pressure due to the water in the standpipe, testing upper check and Siamese
connections.

1 noted the condition of hose, checks, drips, Siamese, hangers, foreign matter washed out, high and low water alarm,
pumps, obstructions (if any) to outlets, tank overflow, Q.E. valve, heating, frost proofing, fire-proofing, and roof outlet.
I inquired if elevator is kept in readiness at all times, if operator is certified, if required inspections are being made, records
kept and employees instructed.
