Director of Engineering, Track & Structures National Railroad Passenger Corporation 2000Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19103 RE: West Side Connection, Grading Drainage and Track Construction fmm West 37th Street to Harlem River, Borough of Manhattan Dear Mr. Sha-w: In reference to your letter dated August IS, 1988 please be informed that we have still not received the Standard design calculation for proposed manhole if 14 and for the structional cap (commant No.3 of our letter dated July 14, 198fJ, On September 16, 1988 and September 28, 1988, (by telephone) the above -was requested by Mr. Chandrakant Patel of our office. In order to finally approve the project please submit the requested calculations.
