This is not technically a FOIL request but we should handle it in a similar manner - Marie please talk to Bob/Geri about what data we have that is available (and I note that we have no obligation to submit "raw" data, if that means draft or unverified numbers). If we do have final, confirmed data on air testing, I have no problem with arranging for a time to let these people see the data. I don't believe that any grounds exist under FOIL for denying access.
