Mike called to let us know that he'd heard that on Monday, DEC will be issuing a press release that only low sulphur diesel fuel will be allowed for use by heavy machinery at WTC.
He suggested that we could get more info from DDC. Mike was concerned, though, that we might be contacted by the media for a response to this, but said that we aren't in a position to comment on it.
