has anyone replied to this yet? If not, I will. The reply will be that this is not Public Solicitation, but rather an Emergency procurement which is being offered to a bidder list etablished specifically for this procurement. I'll need a rationalization form BEC to explain the compostion of the bidder. If this has alredy been done while I was out for two days, oh well, please let me know either way. Thanks. ---- Original Message---- From: McCarthy, Anne Sent: Wednesday, March 27, 2002 5:03 PM To: Avaltroni, Robert Cc: Erdfarb, Stuart; Kelpin, Gerry; Needle, Michelle Subject: FW: NYC.GOV - Message to Commissioner, DEP - Air Quality/Emissions - Correspondence #1-1635275
