This is to confirm our conversation earlier today.
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection has been and is continuing the exterior clean up activities at buildings in file vicinity of the WTC. Contracts ROF-REMl, ROF-REM2, and ROF-REM-3 have been extended to November 30,2002 in order to complete the clean up activities.
