Looks like a go to me. Charlie’s comments that it appears to be a DEP press release with
Chris in the lead is exactly, in my mind, what we want it to be. We acknowledge FEMA’s
unwavering support and clearly appreciate the partnership that has made the program a
success. FEMA is very pleased with the way it’s structured.
Please let me know when we can advise FEMA of our release date. As previously
discussed, we will have a roster of the over 1000 buildings inspected by our staff.

Some comments: will we have the lull list available for the press, if asked for ? We may
want to include the tel # if people want to inquire about clean-up; the way it's drafted appears
to be a DEP press release, i.e.. Comm Ward is the lead rather than something like
