Chris,

I spoke with Kathy Callahan last night. She indicated that they would, in all probability, have a draft of the NCP letter for our review today. We spoke about having this consummated so we might meet with them prior to sitting down with Nadler and staff.

They are still attempting to finalize the scopes (we could read War and Peace several times) so they may get the program up and running.

A number of other issues were discussed, but I will spare you the details.
