Please be advised that this office represents the above-reference individual for injuries sustained as a result of the September 116 attacks,
We require documentation to prove that Mr. Wilkins worked for the Department of Environmental Protection in Lower Manhattan in response to the World Trade Center attacks from September 11, 2001 to May 31, 2002. Please provide this firm with any and all records in the Department of Environmental Protection's possession which show the dates that Mr. Wilkins worked and that he worked in Lower Manhattan (south of Canal Street) for that time period.
If no such records are available, please provide this firm with a notarized affidavit detailing Mr. Wilkins' work in Lower Manhattan in response to September 11, 2001. This affidavit must include the dates that he worked as well as the location of this work.
