Enclosed please find a copy of a subpoena served upon your agency. The records were finally produced in court, apparently they were being held in Supreme Court. This was discovered after our annexed motion for contempt was made.
However, a witness’s presence wilt be required for testimony on February 7, 2012, 2:00 P.M., Part 52, Room 506 at 851 Grand Concourse to testify in this matter. The subpoena did direct that a witness attend.
