Good morning Mike, I'm checking to see if the written scope of work for 125 Cedar St. has been completed yet. My understanding when you and I spoke last week was that today (Wed.,July 24th) would be the deadline. We had a tenants meeting last night and everyone is concerned that the scope will not be thorough enough because a final DEP walk through was not conducted will ALL of the tenants present. Do you share my concern? As you know all of the tenants are eager to return home A.S.A.P. but we also want the clean up to be as complete as possible the fist time it is done.
