C. The Comptroller shall have die right to exercise the powers reserved in Article 5 hereof with reflect to any daims which may be made for damages due to this Ccmtractor’s failure to comply with the Project Manager’s direction promptly.

If the Contractor notifies die Project Manager in writing that another Comractm’ on this project is failing to coordinate his work widi die work of his contract as directed, die Project Manager must promptly issue such directicas to die other Contractor with reflect thereto as die sixuatiem may require.
