From here on out, things are going to be difficult and unsettling. With a war on terrorism, the possibility of more terror attacks, a mayoral election, and doubts about our economy, our personal and professional lives are most certainly going to be different. I hope you will be calm, polite, and patient in the face of this upheaval.
One thing remains constant however, this Bureau contains almost limitless quantities of the following - Spirit, Industry, Energy, Diversity, Devotion to Duty, Perseverance, and Unity of Purpose. If we are, in fact, in for tough times, I can’t think of a finer group of people to go through it with.
