Message: Dear Commissioner Ward,
I cannot believe that the DEP has stood me up for a second time on an appointment to inspect a
ouilding, the exterior of which is filthy with debris from 9/11.
Even after requiring a 90 minute window for each scheduled appointment, your department
neither shows up, nor finds itself able to call and inform me?
It’s no wonder citizens have no faith in your agencyl
Very truly yours.
