We already closed this correspondence. I looked into his complaint when iginally come in. The first inspection was scheduled and the caller denied the inspector access. He then rescheduled and was on site with our inspector. No further action.

1-1553680 Was already done, I have a copy of the sent of the message, sent 05/01/02 1:46pm The message was as follows:

Dear Mr. Wu:

An asbestos investigator must be certified by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. The requirements for obtaining certification are in Title 15, Chapter 1 of the Rules of the City of New York Section 1-16, the asbestos rules. The rules are available on the Department’s web site at www.nvc.gov/dep.
