That is why we have been reviewing and evaluating our efforts to date and why I am committed to working with you and your colleagues to ensure tiut should we face a similar situation in ths future, we will have frUy integrated the lessons we’ve learned from this erqperienee.
I know- we aS share the same goal * to protect, as best as we possibly can, tire people of the United States from the environmental hazards which may exist following a terrorist attack.
