ES&H WTC Evaluation An overall site environmental S&H assessment was conducted on September 28,2001 of the WTC disaster a-ea. The primary focus was to identify any major unsafe practices or unsafe conditions that pose a threat to search and rescue personnel, cleanup workers, and support personnel on site.

Major Concerns and proposed corrective actions are listed below; 1. • Concern' Subcontractor to Turner cleaning American Stock Exchange building was throwing bags t' and debris down 5/6 floors to the street Bags were bursting and scattering debris tlirougtout the street, no barricades, or proper disposal of debris. Recommended Correction Action; Shut down contracic r - contacted Turner to handle.
