I would he gratefill if you would provide testimony at the first Indepraident National Ombudsman investigative hearing on the World Trade Center case in New York City beginning at 12:00 noon, Saturday February 23,2002 at the Federal Court House al 500 Pearl Street This Ombudsman hearing will he hosted hy the local Congressman Jerrold Nadler. 1 believe you are uniquely qualified to provide testimony that will be important not only to the’ Environmental Protection Agency, but also to tire public for whom we serve.
