• Language for the type of assistance provided by the Pennsylvania September 11 th Victim Assistance Program has changed. • Added the New York State Office of Emergency Management. They do NOT have a phone number but the www site has some good information for victims looking for a lot of referral information • The American red Cross WWW site was added • The State of New York Department of Labor WWW site was added
