ALCP responded 10/01/01 and collected samples of the material. Analysis disclosed the material was negative. 105 Duane Street: Call received 11/6/01, ALCP responded 11/6/01, Multiple follow-ups performed. 14 Maiden Lane: Call received 10/13/01, ALCP inspected site on 10/13/01, pressure-washing of building exterior was in progress, no dust emission observed. 80 Maiden Lane: Call received 11/02.01, ALCP responded 11/2/01 to the report of dust in complainant’s office space. Building management stated area had been cleaned, but would have area re-cleaned. TEM air samples taken after re­ cleaning were below 70 s/mm^. 65 Nassau Street: Call received 12/05/01, ALCP inspected 12/5/01, clean-up in progress. Washington Street and Battery Place: Call received 10/3/01 from the Environmental Police, ALCP responded 10/3/01 to the presence of a locked trailer. Warning sign posted but no work in progress. Arrangements for removal of the container. 111 Washington Street: Call received 10/20/01, ALCP had inspected site on 10/19/01 and 10/20/01, Clean-up was in progress. Bulk samples submitted to ALCP indicated material was not ACM. 140 West Street: Call received 10/12/01, ALCP aware of on-going worked, notification for clean-up received, periodic inspections of progress and compliance. 7 World Trade Center: Call received 9/13/01, No ALCP action, building collapsed.
