b. Fund for City of New York: Cash Flow Program for Nonprofits
The Fund for the City of New York's Cash Flow Loan Program was created in 1976 to assist
nonprofit organizations waiting for contracted funds from government and foundations.
The program provides bridge financing to cover delayed payments due.

c. Nonprofit Finance Fund's (NFF) Nonprofit Recovery Fund
Provides flexible financial aid packages designed to help nonprofits return financially to where
they were before the event. Packages may consist of a combination of grants, recoverable
grants, and loans.

d. Regional Economic Development Assistance Corporation (REDAC)
REDAC Disaster Relief Business Loans
• Short-term emergency loans of up to $5,000; must be business-related; can be used for
physical reconstruction, payroll, inventory replacement, relocation costs, equipment
replacement, etc.

Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) Line of Credit
• Lines of Credit of up to $10,000 through BEDC for Brooklyn Businesses or Businesses
owned by Brooklyn Residents. Must be business-related; can be used to help with cash
flow issues.

e. Renaissance Business Emergency Loan Fund
Short-term working capital bridge loans of up to $15,000 to small, start-up businesses
adversely affected by their proximity to the World Trade Center, particularly those south of
Houston Street. Term of 6 to 18 months, interest rate of 4 to 6%.
