Thanks for the short turnaround time with the notes.
Just wanted to remind you that under Trade Associations in the audience section, we OSHA did
receive a request from an attorney, Tom Bianco, on behalf of BOMA, (Building
Owners/Maintenance Association) and CUC, (Construction Users Council) for a roundtable
meeting along with other agencies to help clarify for them what they perceive as conflicting
messages from different agencies about cleanup in lower Manhattan.
Also under the Venues section, I had the following items in my notes:
Mayor Bloomberg to conduct Town Hall meetings and appear on TV/Cable shows
Distribute brochures and other written material
Community meetings
Meetings with individual stakeholder groups

Subject: Notes from WG meeting
Hello all -
Please find attached the notes from today's working group meeting. Today's discussion provided
us with a good foundation for the work we will be doing to get the task force’s facts, figures, and
plans out there. We will reconvene this group within the next week or so to discuss a more
coherent strategy, once key decisions have been made and the application for FEMA funding has
been finalized. Any questions or comments, please let me know.
Thanks for your participation.
Best regards.
Laurel
