The water dept. Has been promising to do different types of shutdowns over the last few months. I have been in constant contact with Supervisor Ernie Williams @ the 38th street yard. I called again today but I was told he was in the field and they would give him the message. They also said this many times but he never calls me, I always have to call him until I reach him. Then it's seems like more promises of different type shutdowns. The leak has remained the same and I should have the plumbing piped in by the end of this week, I do not have any other city agencies or contacts that I can call for help.
