Dear Ms. Lombardo:

The following is a summary of the environmental quality survey performed by Ambient Group, Inc. on November 7, 2001 at the above referenced location. The survey comprised of air sampling for airborne polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyl particulates and benzene.

Four (4) air samples were collected from floors 9, 14, 20 and 27 and analyzed for polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in air. Analysis of all four (4) samples collected revealed that the levels of the individual compounds were below the OSHA. Permissible Exposure Limits and NIOSH REL guidelines.

Four (4) air samples were collected from floors 9, 14, 20 and 27 and analyzed for polychlorinated biphenyl particulates. Analysis of all four (4) samples revealed that the levels of the PCBs were below the OSHA PEL of 0.5 mg/m3.

Four (4) air samples were collected from floors 9, 14, 20 and 27 and analyzed for benzene. The results of the analysis indicated that the levels were within the OSHA PEL and other recommended standards/guidelines.
