Attn: R. Radhakrishnan, P.E. Director Asbestos Control Program

As per my conversation of this day with Ms. Penny Theodorellys of your office relevant to the above referenced site, this will provide you with a summary of the clean-up activities at the site.

We engaged "Crystal Restoration Enterprises Inc.", 109 South Regent St., Port Chester, N.Y., (914) 937-0500 to clean and restore the building.

Their work consisted of cleaning all walls, ceilings and floors in common areas including stairwells, clean all light fixtures, wall fixtures, closets, bathrooms and common area carpets. Removal of all debris, papers, soot and dust from roof, including all windows and window ledges.

In addition the building exterior was chemically cleaned and controlled pressure rinsed which included the building façade, masonry and brick area extending from grade level to roof and full length of Trinity Place elevation and upper part of rear elevation.

The tenant/ occupants of the building were responsible for the cleaning of their own interior spaces.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should require anything further.

Sinc rely,

Gerald Simon
