Certificate Holder: Timko Contracting Corp. Milford Management Corp. 20 West 64th Street New York, New York 10023

Coverage, Limits and General Requirements:

1. Insurance companies must be licensed to do business in the State of New York with no less than a Best's A-VII rating.

2. General Liability and Umbrella Insurance and Automobile Insurance, including comprehensive form, premises/operations, products/completed operation and all coverage in Broad Form CGL endorsement. Umbrella coverage must follow form.

Limits $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage.

3. Any agreement between the parties will provide the following:

The second party, (Contractor), hereby agrees to hold the first party, Timko Contracting Corp./Milford Management Corp., and the named additional insureds, and their officers, employees, agents, representatives and any of its subsidiary or affiliated entities harmless from all liability, loss, cost of damages, including punitive damages, from claims for injuries or death from any cause, while on or near the project 99 Battery Place or its employees or the employees of its subcontractors, or by reason of claims of any person or persons for injuries to persons or property from any cause occasioned in whole or in part by any acts or omissions of the second party, its representatives, employees, subcontractors or suppliers and whether or not it is contended that the first party contributed thereto in whole or in part, or was responsible therefore by reason of non-delegable duty.
