After a site review of conditions at the four Liberty buildings at Battery Park City, we recommend the following procedure to ensure proper dean out and functionality of the Ice-Cap Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners currently in use at these buildings:

1. Initial purchase of approximately 140 units — i.e. approximately one floor per building — that would be installed so that a floor of units could be removed from each building. At time of unit removal, wag sleeve, exterior buver and heating assembly would be vacuum cleaned.

2. Removed units would be trucked to our plant for proper cleaning, including removal of sheet metal covers, pressure washing, cleaning drain hose and pans and unit reassembly. Any units 3.
