visual assessments. bulk ALC Environmental Incorporated (ALC) has been contracted by to perform referenced building. ALC sampling, and air sampling to identify any asbestos contaminant at the above sampling and air sampling. The performed sampling according to the EPA Guidelines for asbestos bulk inspections were conducted in this building on September 23, October 5 & 12, 2001.
