In response to your inquiry concerning the above, please be advised that the cleaning of debris in the window tracks and window frames of the building is outside the scope of the work which would be performed under the License Agreement. DEP considers such surfaces to be part of the interior of the building. Your interest in the Building cleaning Program is greatly appreciated.
