3. Limitations And Conditions:

a) In no event shall the Lic e its agents, contractors, or subcontractors enter _._the Licensots property for;Ithe purposes of performing .the Cleaning Work - other than between the ha~tus oil 8:00 am. and 8:00 p.m.

d) Licensee, its agents, contractors, and employees, shall perform all Cleaning Work promptly and in! a1 workmanlike manner with a minimum of disturbances to the Licensors p perty.

e) Licensee shall maintain such flags, lights, barricades and enclosures as required «l for the safety o ( on , property and traffic flow.

f) All Cleaning Work, shall + perfarmed by qualified contractors in accordance with applicable federal, st~a'te".and local rules and regulations;
