3. Limitations And Conditions:

a) In no event shall the Lic e its agents, contractors, or subcontractors enter _._the Licensots property for;Ithe purposes of performing .the Cleaning Work - other than between the ha~tus oil 8:00 am. and 8:00 p.m.

b) Licensee shall provide the lace'Asor with written notification of its intention to begin the Cleaning Work{at least two (2) days prior to the commencement of such Work. iii II 'l

c) Licensee shall pay the cost of all work, labor, and material in II"" connection with the Cleanmg Work undertaken by it hereunder except that the Licensor shall supplyd;pay, for all power and water usage in connection with the Cleaning Work.

d) Licensee, its agents, contractors, and employees, shall perform all Cleaning Work promptly and in! a1 workmanlike manner with a minimum of disturbances to the Licensors p perty.

e) Licensee shall maintain such flags, lights, barricades and enclosures as required «l for the safety o ( on , property and traffic flow.

f) All Cleaning Work, shall + perfarmed by qualified contractors in accordance with applicable federal, st~a'te".and local rules and regulations;
