As you know from your recent communications with W&H, Atlantic Mutual, the company's insurance carrier, has yet to advance sufficient funds to cover the estimated cost of performing the repairs that must be completed before any power-washing can be performed on the exterior of the building. As we do not have a sense as to when W&H's claim is likely to be resolved with Atlantic Mutual, we appreciate your willingness to explore whether it is possible to employ non- water washing techniques to clean the exterior in accordance with established DEP standards, so that the required cleaning can proceed without further delay. If, after your upcoming meeting with Michael NotLro, it is determined that water-washing techniques must be used, we understand that W&l-f will be afforded additional time to complete the necessary repairs and still be eligible to participate in the Cleaning Program without risk of monetary penalties, Under the circumstances, your continued cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated.
