Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:

Subsequent to the collapse of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, our building completed a comprehensive clean-up project. The work included the interior cleaning of all common areas and tenant space, ductwork, cooling tower, and exterior facade. In addition to the clean-up , the building passed all environmental and structural examinations.

Attached, please find a copy of the environmental report received by A.A. Services.

Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you need any additional information.

Sincerely,

John DiMurro President
