visual structural inspection did not indicate that there were any signs of strocti*rally
unsafe conditions in the btiil.dir}g. There .is some very united minor cracking in the
Our
basement walls but these cracks appear to be pre-existi :'mg and not impacting on the
structural integrity of the building. We have reached I tie conclusion . that. the minor
cracking is pre-existing and not structural, in part, because there weie no noticeable signs
of paint or plaster having fallen at the locations of cracking . or any other signs of diafress.
• plaster and paint would typically occur if the crack had rec :ntly. occurred. The inspection
,
included inspecting the brick facade around the courtyan looking for cracks .at various
levels in the brick. No cracks were found although there 1, as been previous repairs to the
facade as would be expected of a building of this ago.
Based on these visual observations, the building is not in.s'i nictural distress at the present
