Dear Mr. Gengler:

I am writing in response to your letter of June 17 concerning the above-referenced matter. I have reviewed the documentation you submitted concerning your insurance claim and the settlement you received. it appears that the three items listed in your letter are the only items which fall under the reimbursement clause (§4) of the License Agreement. Please note that the language of §4 was drafted by FEMA and I can not make any representation as to what FEMA's opinion would be on this matter. I hope this will be helpful. Your interest in the Building cleaning Program is greatly appreciated.
