Attention: R. Radhakrishnan, P.E Director

Dear Mr. Radhakrishan,

At the end of our meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2002 regarding Nassau Street. I mentioned my interest in mold problems. I have enclosed for you a copy of my mold file which has many interesting articles.

You mentioned that the Deutcher Bank building was damaged by the WTC and has mold problems. I would be greatly appreciated if you could put me in touched with the people working on this project, as I would be very interested to inspect the building and photograph the same. If it would be possible please refer my cell phone number 914-772-6094, as I am in the field most of the week and in my Office in New Jersey on Fridays.

Yours,

MAURICE SCHTCKLER President
