SCOPE: Asbestos dust at Entire Roof to check for ACM in dust accumulation at roof.
METHOLOGY:
In accordance with NYCDEP Regulations and all applicable State and Federal Laws
and Regulations.
CONCLUSION:
Nine dust wipe samples were taken on the roof to check for Asbestos Containing Material
In the dust located on the roof. Nine (9) wipe samples around the entire roof area, from these
Samples three (3) indicated a trace of chrysotile. Although this does not constitute asbestos
containing material it is suggested that these areas be cleaned using HEPA
vacuum and Asbestos abatement procedures. The trace of Chrysotile found in three wipes
may be from the upper layers of the roof considering the building age and age of the existing
roof.. .
