Dear Mr. Schwartz:
I represent Robert and Frances Boehm. This morning, they received correspondence
from the City of New York regarding 124 Nassau Street, which my client sold to you
some time ago.
The con espondence relates to the need to protect against environmental hazards arising
from the World Trade disaster. The agency indicates that visible dust has accumulated
on the rcaf of your building, and requests information regarding your actions with respect
thereto.
I enclose, the two pages of correspondence which we received from the Department of
Environmental Protection with the request that you inform the agency of your ownership
and comply with the steps requested by the agency. Kindly confirm to me in writing that
you have, done so and thank you for your kind cooperation.
Very truly yours,
