The following is our proposal for pressure washing the exterior of all four sides of the building at the above referenced address;
This price includes all labor, restoring exterior of building, c,eaning all windows, fires escapes and gates (both the front and rear of building will be done the same way).
Payment will be done in three parts, $20,000.00 upon approv I of proposal, $20,000.00 halfway through, and $20,000.00 upon completion.
TOTAL - $60,000.00
